Registration for the Summer University is only possible by the online registration form at www.SU2017.eu. Registrations are processed in order it was received. An automatic mail will be sent as confirmation of your registration. If you didn’t receive the confirmation please contact us. Two weeks before the start of the Summer University we will send an e-mail with practical information.
The bill will be sent by e-mail en must be paid in 2 weeks. Participating is not possible if your payment hasn’t been received before the start of the Summer University. We will remind you in time. Other payment arrangements are not possible.
You have the possibility to cancel your registration. Cancellation can be sent by e-mail (email@example.com) to LVSC. If you cancel 6 weeks before the start (up to and including 9 July) than € 30,- administration costs will be charged. If you cancel 3 weeks before the start (up to and including 30 July) than 50% of the fee will be charged. If you cancel later the full fee will be charged.
It’s possible to assign someone else to participate instead. Please inform us in a timely manner. If there is difference between the member and non-member rate, the difference will be settled. The responsibility of the payment stays with the original participant.
LVSC reserves the right to cancel the Summer University 2017 or a part of it, if there aren’t enough participants or for any other reason prior to the start of the event. Participants will be notified and a full refund of all fees will be made. If the event is cancelled, it’s not possible to charge LVSC for a refund of billable hours hour or travelling expenses.
