I guide people who have so much potential but often get in their own way. They might describe themselves as overthinkers, perfectionists, people-pleasers, or procrastinators. They often struggle to be their authentic selves and worries, doubts, and rigid rules hold them back in one or more areas of their lives.
If you can relate to this, I would love to help you get out of your head and into your life, expand your range of choices, clarify what’s truly important to you, and take courageous steps towards your goals - even when it’s difficult or uncomfortable.
What you can expect from working together:
Coaching is a form of guidance based on a collaborative relationship where we are equal and active participants. I believe that you already have the answers and potential inside of you but sometimes these become obscured or blocked. My goal is to help you uncover your answers and get in touch with your potential so that you can move forward in a way that is aligned with who you are and what matters to you. As a coach, I do this by actively listening, asking questions, sharing reflections and suggesting practical and creative exercises.
I also understand that every person is unique and that the guidance they receive should reflect this. Therefore, I work in an integrative way which means that I blend several different approaches to meet your individual needs and goals, including theories and techniques from positive psychology, ACC (Acceptance and Commitment Coaching), CBC (Cognitive Behavioral Coaching), and SFC (Solution-Focused Coaching).
