As a certified coach and counsellor, my mission is to help individuals create careers that are not only successful but also fulfilling and authentic. I work with adults, empowering them through career transitions, goal setting, self-discovery, and work-life balance. Using evidence-based practices, I guide clients to uncover their strengths, navigate uncertainty, and create a path forward that truly aligns with who they are.

My coaching approach is centered around empathy, clarity, and actionable steps. Whether you're navigating a career change, overcoming self-limiting beliefs, or working to prevent burnout, I offer tailored support that helps you make steady progress toward your personal and professional goals. My focus includes career transitions, stress management, building resilience, and supporting expats as they adapt to new environments.

My journey as a coach began as a volunteer Mental Health Champion at Philips and expanded through my role with the United Coaches of Philips program. As a Certified Coach/Counsellor, I continue to learn and grow, engaging in peer coaching sessions and volunteering in ORSC training to refine my skills and contribute to the coaching community.

Before transitioning into coaching and counselling, I spent over 15 years working in Quality Management Systems (QMS), specializing in process optimization and compliance within industries like health tech and global manufacturing (Philips, LyondellBasell, Baker Hughes and Oxiteno). This background has shaped my approach to coaching—combining a structured, results-driven mindset with a deep commitment to supporting individuals' personal growth and wellbeing. My experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement informs how I help clients navigate complex challenges with clarity and confidence.
