Two years ago, a European competence framework for supervision and coaching was presented, called ECVision. The objective of ECVision is to facilitate professional dialogue and quality development across European boundaries. Two years have passed since the presentation of the finalised ECVision products. The author tries to find out how colleagues around Europe have been using them, and what the future perspectives for ECVision might be. She presents an overview of activities carried out by different associations or training providers in Europe, and provides some background information.
